Consular legalization of documents
Consular legalization is used to legalize documents for a country which is not a member of Hague Convention of 1961.
Consular legalization procedure consists of 4 stages:
- Certification of a copy of the document by a notary (it may be also a technical copy depending on the original of the document)
- Certification of the copy in the Ministry of Justice legalization department
- Certification of the copy with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalization department
- Finally Consular legalization of the document in the Consulate of the country to present the document in
